Job Requirements
- minimum 1-year experience in cleaning, preferably residential
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- be able to work independently and in a team environment
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- climb stairs and ladders as needed

Job Duties
- clean apartments after move-outs and get them move-in ready
- clean the leasing office, clubhouse, amenities, and restrooms daily
- clean all vacant apartments and ensure timely turnover as directed by the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor
- be responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the community
- maintain a courteous and professional relationship with residents and vendors
- operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies
- follow all safety procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, and safety labels on all equipment
