Job Requirements
- must have previous experience in housekeeping and cleaning must be physically able to reach bend stoop stand and push pull and lift items weighing up to 40 lbs must have the ability to read and speak English must be high energy and guest service oriented must be able to effectively communicate with guest members and co-workers must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed must adhere to quail ridge dress and grooming standards must utilize company equipment and vehicles properly must adhere to posted traffic signs speed limits and emergency procedures
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in private housekeeping environment preferred previous experience in housekeeping required previous cleaning experience required ability to read and speak English effectively communicate with guests members and co-workers high energy guest service oriented able to work a flexible schedule as needed knowledge of vacuuming and ironing utilize all-purpose cleaner bleach disinfectant furniture polish oven cleaner glass cleaner and other related general cleaning products
Job Duties
- perform daily scheduled cleaning services including surface dusting dishwashing vacuum mop and sweep clean windows oven and stovetop cleaning bathroom cleaning kitchen cleaning make beds launder clothes iron perform thorough deep clean of units homes as required report all maintenance issues to manager immediately report all safety and security issues to manager immediately communicate with manager to ensure all guest member requests are fulfilled adhere to quail ridge dress and grooming standards utilize gas powered or electric utility vehicle or golf cart follow proper use of all company equipment and vehicles adhere to all posted traffic signs and speed limits adhere to quail ridge emergency procedures perform other functions as assigned by management
