Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Availability to work full time
- Strong attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and supplies safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Reliability and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Clean office areas, fitness centers, community rooms, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and other assigned areas including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, and emptying trash cans
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas
- Observe and report any maintenance issues
- Provide excellent service to residents and guests
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure community cleanliness
