Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to use cleaning tools and equipment
- strong attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
- clean office areas fitness centers community rooms laundry rooms bathrooms and other assigned areas including dusting polishing vacuuming sweeping and emptying trash cans
- ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies
- maintain cleaning equipment and storage area
- observe and report any maintenance issues
- provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist with special cleaning projects as needed
