Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to maintain cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Clean office areas, fitness centers, community rooms, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and other areas of the community including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, and emptying trash cans
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies
- Maintain cleaning equipment and the storage area
- Observe and report any maintenance issues
