Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry is required
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively with people
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally
- A level of maturity to handle the dynamics of a hospice facility
Job Duties
- Clean patient rooms in accordance with standards including vacuuming, moving furniture to clean under area and using cleansers to maintain aseptic environment
- Stock patient rooms as needed
- Perform other light housekeeping duties in common areas as necessary
- Assist with house inventory, whether restacking or placing on shelving
- Perform other project and duties as assigned
