Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- good physical stamina
- basic communication skills
- prior cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers
- be adaptable to customer needs
- maintain all assigned ancillary and department areas and corridors in a clean neat and sanitary manner
- inspect and use judgment in determining which cleaning techniques to follow
- demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions
- disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies
- diligently employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials
- keep cart properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies
- promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships
- assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department
- demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence
