Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
- Clean, vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, and carry linens
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
