Job Duties

  • Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
  • Maintain and adhere to housekeeping detail standards
  • Clean, vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
  • Sort, count, fold, mark, and carry linens
  • Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest issues to ensure satisfaction
