Job Duties

Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms
Maintain housekeeping detail standards
Clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
Maintain positive customer and associate relationships
Respond to guest inquiries and concerns and handle issues to resolution
