Job Requirements
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing

- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies and techniques

Job Duties
- Floor maintenance including sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, buffing, stripping and waxing, removal of scuff marks
- Trash collection and cardboard removal and breakdown
- Disinfection and sanitizing of facility
- General cleaning tasks such as dusting, cleaning bathrooms, windows, doors, and common areas
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned
