Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial role preferred
  • Capable of physical labor including bending, stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
  • Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work full 8-hour shifts on feet
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependable and honest work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
  • Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to work a full 8-hour shift standing and/or walking
  • Anticipate customer needs and understand how work impacts guests
  • Build confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions

Job Duties

  • Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
  • Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
  • Report any maintenance problems
  • Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
  • Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by housekeeping management
