Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial role preferred
- Capable of physical labor including bending, stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work full 8-hour shifts on feet
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and honest work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred
- Open and flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to work a full 8-hour shift standing and/or walking
- Anticipate customer needs and understand how work impacts guests
- Build confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions
Job Duties
- Prepare all assigned units for guest arrival
- Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly manner
- Report any maintenance problems
- Maintain cleanliness of carts and ensure supplies and equipment are in a neat and orderly appearance
- Assist management in maintaining inventory of linen and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by housekeeping management
