- resident of the state where the community operates
- completion of all required employment screening processes
- ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks required for cleaning
- reliable transportation to and from work
- availability to maintain consistent work schedule
- pass background and health checks as mandated by state regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience a plus but not required
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean assigned resident rooms and common areas guided by a daily task sheet
- assist with setting up and breaking down the dining room area ensuring a pleasant mealtime ambiance
- develop meaningful relationships and contribute to the happiness and comfort of elderly residents
- deliver exceptional customer service maintaining a comfortable and unhurried pace
- follow community safety and hygiene protocols consistently
