Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Ability to stand walk and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report hazards and coordinate with supervisors
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Cleans leasing office clubhouse and common-area restrooms daily or as directed
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of model units amenities and vacant apartment homes
- Freshens vacant apartment homes and targeted show units throughout the day
- Assists in make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested
- Reports hazards or potentially dangerous situations to appropriate supervisor
- Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when reordering
- Operates golf cart on property to perform duties
