Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience
- Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, carry up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to operate golf cart on property with valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including bending, stooping, lifting, and working in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, model units, amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when re-order is necessary
