Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Ability to travel occasionally to assist other properties or attend training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors
- Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, and common-area restrooms daily
- Clean model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day
- Assist in the make-ready process performing duties as requested by supervisors
- Report any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to appropriate supervisor
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is necessary
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call as required
