Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in housekeeping or similar roles
- Proven ability to manage large private residences
- Exceptional laundry and ironing skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a household team
- Must be reliable and consistent
- Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Job Duties
- Full housekeeping for a 10,000 sq. ft. primary residence
- Additional housekeeping support for a second home on the property
- Deep cleaning and daily upkeep throughout both homes
- Dishwashing and kitchen cleanup
- Extensive laundry care for clothing and linens: washing, folding, and ironing most items
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness at all times
- Working collaboratively with the principal's long-term assistant
- Following household standards, routines, and confidentiality requirements
