Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods
  • Must attend scheduled meetings and trainings
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Adherence to dress code and hygiene standards
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to use Microsoft Authenticator app on personal device
  • Ability to follow supervisor guidance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior commercial housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with clients with mental health disorders
  • Demonstrated respect for diversity and inclusion
  • Competency with organizational policies and procedures
  • Ability to complete assigned trainings annually

Job Duties

  • Perform housekeeping duties using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of client, staff, and visitor areas
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and universal precautions
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
  • Attend required training and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Adhere to organizational policies and core values
