Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend for long periods
- Must attend scheduled meetings and trainings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Adherence to dress code and hygiene standards
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to use Microsoft Authenticator app on personal device
- Ability to follow supervisor guidance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior commercial housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Knowledge of safety and cleaning protocols
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with clients with mental health disorders
- Demonstrated respect for diversity and inclusion
- Competency with organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to complete assigned trainings annually
Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping duties using approved cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of client, staff, and visitor areas
- Comply with OSHA regulations and universal precautions
- Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members
- Attend required training and meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to organizational policies and core values
