Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and tolerate chemical fumes dust and pet dander
- Frequently required to stand walk reach with hands and arms sit stoop kneel crouch and crawl
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize residences and contents including vacuuming
- dusting
- cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures
- turning mattresses
- moving light furniture
- emptying trash receptacles
- Perform other cleaning duties for resident apartments offices bathrooms and common areas
- Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences
- Wash dry fold and store linens and other community and resident laundry
- Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry
- Keep housekeeping carts clean organized and stocked with supplies in OSHA-approved containers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
