Job Requirements
- Must be able to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and exposure to chemical fumes dust and pet dander
- Physical ability to perform movements such as pushing pulling lifting bending kneeling reaching and lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodations
- Availability to work assigned schedule including some weekends evenings and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work safely with cleaning chemicals and handle exposure to fumes dust and pet dander
- Ability to stand walk reach sit stoop kneel crouch and crawl frequently
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize residences and contents including vacuuming dusting cleaning kitchen and bath fixtures turning mattresses moving light furniture emptying trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning duties for resident apartments offices bathrooms and common areas
- Assist with cleaning and refurbishing vacated residences
- Wash dry fold and store linens and other laundry for community and residents
- Coordinate delivery and return of resident laundry
- Keep housekeeping carts clean and organized
- Keep carts stocked with appropriate cleaning supplies in OSHA-approved containers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
