Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of cleaning or hotel experience preferred
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility for overtime when needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
- Ability to follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- No time off or vacations permitted from March through October due to seasonal nature of business
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a housekeeper, room attendant, or cleaner preferred
- Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Customer-oriented and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and effectively without compromising quality
- Weekend and major holiday availability required
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and inspected according to hotel standards
- Protect and maintain hotel equipment, reporting any damages, deficiencies, or disturbances to management regularly
- Respond to guest requests and reasonable complaints with professionalism and patience
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products as needed
- Follow strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with other hotel departments when required to support overall hotel operations
