Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or facilities role is beneficial
- ability to stand, bend, and lift as required
- good communication skills
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Clean, straighten and pick up trash in common areas, offices and public rest rooms, including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, furniture and replenishing soap and paper products

- vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors on a routine basis
- ensure that apartments are maintained in a safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, keeping residents' personal items safe
- clean spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed
- use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to product instructions and department procedure
- clean exterior windows, patios, or other outside areas as assigned
