Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean, straighten and pick up trash in common areas, offices and public rest rooms including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, furniture and replenishing soap and paper products
  • clean, straighten and pick up trash in resident rooms including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors and surfaces, replenishing soap and paper products
  • vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors on a routine basis
  • ensure that apartments are maintained in a safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, keeping residents' personal items safe
  • clean spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed
  • use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to product instructions and department procedure
  • clean exterior windows, patios, or other outside areas as assigned
