Job Duties
- clean, straighten and pick up trash in commons areas, offices and public rest rooms, including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, furniture and replenish soap and paper products
- clean, straighten and pick up trash in resident rooms including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors and surfaces, replenishing soap and paper products
- vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors on a routine basis
- ensure that apartments are maintained in a safe, comfortable and attractive manner, keeping residents' personal items safe
- clean spills, soiled areas and other conditions as observed or directed
- use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to product instructions and department procedure
- clean exterior windows, patios or other outside areas as assigned
