Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Clean, straighten, and pick up trash in common areas, offices, and public restrooms including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, furniture, and replenish soap and paper products
- Clean, straighten, and pick up trash in resident rooms including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces, replenishing soap and paper products
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors on a routine basis
- Ensure that apartments are maintained in a safe, comfortable, and attractive manner, keeping residents' personal items safe
- Clean spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as observed or directed
- Use cleaners and other hazardous materials according to product instructions and department procedure
- Clean exterior windows, patios, or other outside areas as assigned
