Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Good health verified by recent health screening
- Clearance of criminal background check

- Physically and mentally capable of performing housekeeping duties

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms
- Ensure all common areas including lobby and break rooms are tidy and well-maintained
- Perform regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces to promote a healthy environment
- Move and manage cleaning equipment and supplies safely, including pushing/pulling wheeled carts
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to protect residents and team members
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents and staff
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly
