Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Compliance with safety and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Passing background check and drug screening
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respect for resident privacy

Job Duties
- Perform daily and/or weekly cleaning as directed by supervisor including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash and cleaning kitchenettes
- Demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use and stocking of housekeeping carts
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during cleaning tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the community
- Report maintenance or cleanliness issues to supervisory staff
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of community hygiene
- Respect privacy and dignity of residents while working in their living spaces
