- CDL Class B license with passenger endorsement
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean common areas, bathrooms, and prepare vacant units
- follow a regular cleaning schedule
- track and report supply needs and maintenance issues
- transport residents safely to appointments and activities
- maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- provide courteous and professional service to residents
