Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces
- Capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willingness to take call as needed for emergencies or additional duties
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or support of other properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to operate golf carts on property with a valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to report hazards and work with management
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day for market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Manager
- Inform appropriate supervisor of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents, team members, or guests
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re-order is necessary
- Operate golf cart on property with valid driver’s license
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
