Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects and crawl in confined spaces
  • Capability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to take call as needed for emergencies or additional duties
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or support of other properties

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus
  • Ability to operate golf carts on property with a valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills to report hazards and work with management

Job Duties

  • Clean the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
  • Ensure all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day for market-ready appeal
  • Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, and/or Assistant Manager
  • Inform appropriate supervisor of any hazards or potentially dangerous situations to residents, team members, or guests
  • Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when re-order is necessary
  • Operate golf cart on property with valid driver’s license
  • Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
