Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- past cleaning experience preferred
- attention to detail
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff
- ability to respond effectively to changing demands
- capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as needed

Job Duties
- Maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients, and co-workers
- adapt to customer needs
- maintain all assigned ancillary and department areas and corridors in a clean neat and sanitary manner
- inspect and use judgment in determining which cleaning techniques to follow
- demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions
- disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment
- employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials
- keep cleaning cart properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies
- ensure all chemicals are accurately labeled
- maintain equipment in good working condition
- promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships
- maintain professional conduct at all times
- assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department
- demonstrate commitment to professional growth and competence through adherence to training commitments
