Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the Community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, and maintain adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests warmly to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders and serve meals and desserts courteously
- Return carts to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, and deliver trays to resident rooms when needed
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets, and complete side work such as filling sugar holders and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
