Job Requirements
- Must be physically able to perform tasks involving lifting up to 45 lbs independently and over 45 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- Must have experience with use of cleaning agents and chemicals
- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in indoor and occasional outdoor environments
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of cleaning duties
- Initial and ongoing on-the-job training completion
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of inventory and restocking procedures
- Proficiency in cleaning techniques for different furniture and furnishings
- Experience using industrial cleaning tools and equipment
- Ability to identify maintenance problems
- Strong reading and comprehension skills

Job Duties
- Work independently to clean and maintain assigned rooms
- Restock inventory and supplies in guest rooms
- Use proper cleaning techniques for various furniture and furnishing types
- Operate cleaning tools including vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and buffers
- Identify maintenance issues and report them promptly
- Alert management to guest treatment problems
- Make decisions regarding property and supplies such as damaged furniture and linen
