Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently
- ability to lift objects over 45lbs with assistance
- physically able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift frequently
- able to operate cleaning equipment safely
- current driver’s license recommended
- ability to work indoors under normal conditions
- willingness to use cleaning chemicals safely
- good communication skills

- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- knowledge of proper uses of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- ability to remove stains from multiple surfaces
- good oral and written communication skills
- ability to read and understand directions
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Perform proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- handle and control heavy powered equipment
- use a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions effectively
- remove different kinds of stains from a variety of surfaces
- read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- anticipate needs of guests and clients
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
