Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, lifting up to 45 pounds independently and heavier with assistance
- ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment
- ability to climb ladders
- current driver’s license recommended
- ability to follow policies and procedures independently
Job Qualifications
- knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- knowledge of proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces
- ability to read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- good oral and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Perform proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- operate heavy powered cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- apply and handle a variety of cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- remove stains from diverse surfaces using appropriate techniques
- read and understand directions on labels and instructions
- anticipate and respond to the needs of guests and clients
- maintain organization and multitask effectively
