Job Requirements
- Education level as required by the position
- Ability to work independently according to policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift objects up to 45lbs independently
- Ability to move heavy objects over 45lbs with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders and operate industrial equipment
- Exposure to strong odors and cleaning solutions
- A current driver's license is recommended

- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- Ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- Knowledge of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Ability to remove stains from various surfaces
- Ability to read and understand directions and instructions
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must be organized and able to multitask
Job Duties
- Perform proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- Handle and control heavy powered equipment
- Apply various cleaning and sanitizing solutions and remove stains from different surfaces
- Read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- Anticipate and meet the needs of guests and clients
- Operate vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and push cleaning carts
- Lift and move heavy furniture such as beds, sofas, dressers, and TV armoires
