Job Requirements
- ability to lift and carry objects up to 45lbs independently and over 45lbs with assistance
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach for extended periods
- experience using vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and industrial equipment
- experience moving heavy furniture such as beds, sofas, and dressers
- willingness to work indoors under normal and sometimes challenging conditions including exposure to strong cleaning solutions and odors
- current driver’s license recommended
- ability to work independently following company policies
