Job Requirements
- Work requires constant standing, bending, stooping, reaching and lifting
- climbs ladders and operates industrial equipment
- lifts and carries objects up to 45 lbs independently and objects over 45 lbs with assistance
- able to work indoors under normal conditions
- exposed to vibration from heavy equipment and strong odors from cleaning solutions
- able to adhere to safety and hygiene protocols
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of proper care and maintenance of carpets and furniture
- ability to handle and control heavy powered equipment
- knowledge of the proper uses of a variety of special cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- ability to remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces
- ability to read and understand directions on labels and printed instructions
- ability to perform tasks independently following general supervision
- physical capability to lift and carry objects up to 45 lbs independently and heavier with assistance
Job Duties
- Maintain and care for carpets and furniture
- operate and control heavy powered cleaning equipment
- use various special cleaning and sanitizing solutions appropriately
- remove different kinds of stains from a wide variety of surfaces

- perform cleaning duties independently under general supervision
