Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English at an 8th-grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to lift or move items up to 25 pounds frequently
- Good physical and mental health verified by recent health screening
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Criminal background clearance

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas including lobby and employee break room
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop as required throughout the workday
- Lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
- Push or pull wheeled housekeeping carts to transport cleaning supplies
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members in English at an 8th-grade proficiency level
- Adhere to company policies on appearance, conduct, and safety protocols
