Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English at eighth grade level or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professionalism in appearance and conduct
- Physically active with ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day
- Able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Good health verified by physician health screening
- Must be free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Criminally cleared
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with at least 8th grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move items up to 25 pounds and operate a housekeeping cart
- Good physical health verified by a recent health screening
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms
- Ensure all community areas including lobbies and break rooms are tidy and orderly
- Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with residents and staff
- Adhere to health and safety standards
- Complete daily cleaning assignments within set schedules
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
