Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth-grade proficiency
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Exhibit professional appearance and conduct
- Be physically active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Push and pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Be in good physical and mental health as verified by a recent health screening
- Test free from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at an eighth-grade level

- Professional appearance and conduct
- Good physical health and ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Clear criminal background check
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents to maintain comfortable, clean, and cozy living spaces
- Ensure common areas, including lobbies and employee break rooms, are tidy and organized
- Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas on scheduled shifts
- Adhere to health and safety policies while performing cleaning tasks
- Assist with the setup and upkeep of rooms as needed
- Report maintenance issues or concerns to management
- Support team efforts to create a welcoming and home-like community environment
