Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must maintain a positive and energetic attitude
- Must present a professional appearance and conduct
- Must be physically active and capable of performing physical tasks
- Must be able to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds
- Must pass a health screening including tuberculosis test
- Must have a clear criminal background
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of eighth grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude towards residents
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Good physical health verified by a recent health screening
- Criminal background clearance
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to maintain residents' rooms and community areas clean and comfortable
- Ensure that all spaces, including lobbies and employee break rooms, are tidy and organized
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to create a healthy living environment
- Manage housekeeping carts and supplies efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Uphold professional appearance and conduct while engaging positively with residents and colleagues
