Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- ability to follow instructions
- commitment to maintaining property cleanliness
- ability to adhere to fair housing policies
- reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Vacuum carpets
- clean all hallways
- clean all lavatories
- pick up and remove trash
- sweep and mop tile floors
- wash windows and mirrors
- clean all vacant apartments
- clean on-site management office
- check for lint in washers and dryers
- adhere to established policies related to fair housing
- clean appliances, fixtures, doors, trim and counter tops
- clean all common areas including pool and laundry facility
- assist in inventory control of all janitorial equipment and supplies
