Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- reliable and punctual
- able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior housekeeping or custodial experience is desirable
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- physically able to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- trustworthy and reliable
- basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
Job Duties
- clean and sanitize assigned areas including common spaces and resident rooms
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- replenish supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials
- report any maintenance or safety issues to the housekeeping supervisor
- assist in organizing and maintaining housekeeping equipment
- uphold facility cleanliness standards at all times
