Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate in English at an eighth grade proficiency level
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and push/pull wheeled housekeeping carts
- Good physical health as verified by recent health screening including pulmonary tuberculosis test
- Criminal background clearance

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services for residents making each room comfortable and clean
- Ensure all facility areas including lobby and break rooms are tidy and organized
- Maintain a home-like environment through attention to detail and cleanliness
- Handle lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds and manage wheeled housekeeping carts
- Follow health and safety protocols including health screenings and tuberculosis tests
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members to support a positive atmosphere
- Adhere to professional appearance and conduct standards
