Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at minimum 8th-grade proficiency
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day
- Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Must be in good physical and mental health as verified by health screening
- Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at screening
- Must be criminally cleared

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents to ensure clean and comfortable living spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas including lobby and employee break room
- Perform duties such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout the shift
- Lift and move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull a wheeled housekeeping cart
- Adhere to professional appearance and conduct standards
- Demonstrate positive and energetic attitude when interacting with residents
- Follow health and safety protocols and maintain good physical health
