Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at 8th grade proficiency or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude toward residents
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop for extended periods
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds and push/pull housekeeping carts
- Good physical health verified by a recent screening including clearance from pulmonary tuberculosis
- Must pass a criminal background check

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services ensuring resident rooms are clean and comfortable
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas including lobby and employee break rooms
- Handle all cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal
- Manage and push wheeled housekeeping carts safely during shifts
- Follow company protocols for health, safety, and resident privacy
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
- Engage respectfully and positively with residents and coworkers
