Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven janitorial experience, preferably in assisted living or healthcare setting
- Ability to work full-time hours 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM including every third weekend
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
Job Qualifications
- Experience in all facets of janitorial work
- Previous experience in an assisted living facility preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain all rooms and areas as assigned, including furniture and furnishings
- Sweep and dry and damp mop floors daily, including public bathrooms, tile floor in cafe, art/activity room, spa, laundry rooms, and resident bathrooms
- Inspect walls for dirt/debris and wash as necessary
- Thoroughly clean windows at all entrances (including on doors), in all purpose rooms, wellness office, cafe, art/activity room, and library
- Set up for functions as needed
- Work independently while supporting residents and staff
- Follow health and safety regulations
