Job Duties
- Review daily work order status and priorities with maintenance team
- maintain daily upkeep of all common and amenity areas, office, clubhouse, models, and laundry rooms
- assist with monitoring the exterior physical conditions of the property
- ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all shared spaces
- collaborate with team members to meet property standards
- report maintenance needs or safety hazards
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
