Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 to 12 months documented experience as a Housekeeper preferred
- Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment, safety practices as related to Housekeeping and Janitorial Industry
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to read and understand service requests, container labels, product information, and directions on cleaning chemicals and other material
- Must initially pass pre-employment physical and annual physical thereafter
- Must be able to pass NCIC-III background check including fingerprinting and yearly review thereafter
- Must be punctual and maintain regular attendance
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment safety practices related to Housekeeping and Janitorial industry
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to read and understand service requests, container labels, product information, and directions on cleaning chemicals and other materials
Job Duties
- Schedule for a Housekeeping position for 2nd Shift full-time Monday-Friday with rotating weekends, holidays, and shifts required
- Determine appropriate cleaning chemicals for various surfaces and perform finishing techniques to protect or preserve floor finishes
- Maintain hospital environment in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition
- Perform specific cleaning tasks including dusting horizontal surfaces
- Maintain assigned equipment for cleanliness and report needed repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures
- Adhere to company rules, technical procedures, and safety policies communicated verbally or in writing in English
- Perform other related duties as assigned
