Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and comfort in residents homes and common areas
- perform dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and stocking of supplies
- respond promptly to resident requests with a positive attitude
- ensure compliance with established cleaning guidelines and standards
- participate in community events and activities to foster resident engagement
- communicate effectively with residents and team members
- work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment
