Job Requirements
- one year of experience in related area of assignment
- or one year of experience at lower-level Housekeeper 1 or equivalent position
- ability to obtain ISSA Cleaning Management Institute Custodial Technician Training Basic Certification within one year
- physical capability to move materials up to forty pounds
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- familiarity with floor care preferred
- familiarity with work order systems and technology preferred
